Tapestry Church Shower Trailer

We have the privilege to serve our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness in the wonderful city of Atlanta, Georgia. One of the desires we have is to provide dignity to our friends. On a few occasions we have provided showers. One of the stories we have heard was from Tim. Tim told us after his shower that it was his first hot shower in over 13 months. We decided right then and there that was not acceptable.Our church is a brand new church. Tapestry was planted 3 1/2 years ago by Pastor Matt and his family. They moved into the city specifically to serve those who are experiencing homelessness and other underserved Atlantans. We now have a small group of people gathering at the Little 5 Points Community Center. It is strategically located near many of our friends who are currently homeless.For over seven years Matt and his family along with hundreds of partners have been providing sleeping bags, toiletry kit’s, and basic necessities in Atlanta. We as a church family are ready to take the next step by providing a way for our friends to shower on a regular basis. But, we cannot do it without your help. Our Tapestry family hope you will consider partnering with us in serving our neighbors experiencing homelessness by giving towards the purchase of a shower trailer.
