Family Needs Help With Cremation & Memorial Service Cost On Monday December 11, 2017 the Thompson & Briggs families were notified of the horribly tragic loss of one of their beloved members. Dann Gary Thompson Junior, Danny as he was known, lost his battle with mental illness that plagued all of his teen and adult years. He took his own life on this day. As the death was completely unexpected the family is struggling to pay for even the most modest of cremation and memorial services done without the help of a funeral home. We have checked with just about every agency that might assist with cost and between cremation and service cost we are asking for $2,500 for the family to take care of their son, brother and grandson's final needs.
