Single Mom - Fighting Cancer

This past November 2017, a colleague and a good friend of ours Ilana Geller, has been diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. She is a single mother of a beautiful 9 years old girl. As a result, she will have to undergo months of chemothearapy, surgery and radiation. Because of this, she has been unable to work and will likely not be able to return until next winter. Short term disability unfortunately does not provide full pay and only covers 66% of her current salary. Luckily, her insurance and Medicare will cover the medication needed. Ilana is a single Mother with a single household income. Friends and family often wish they can do something to help but don't know how. Which is why we thought GoFundMe would be a great way to do that. Money, will not cure Ilana from Cancer but it could definitely help her with the day-to-day tasks and possibly help alleviate some stress during this difficult battle.
