Medical and Moving Costs

I am waiting for my right foot to heal enough to have trans-metatarsal amputation Surgery. This should be the end of many years of issues with that foot - multiple casts, infections, and previous surgeries to remove compromised bone. Although I have insurance there are a number of expenses that are not covered related to this, as well as the copay for the surgery itself. I have been blessed with generous friends and family lending me funds to cover the costs, but I find I am still short about $2500.00

I am also moving at the end of this month and that has increased expenses and stress as I wait and plan for the upcoming surgery. Any donations would be used to cover these two expenses and be greatly appreciated.
