Team Newt

Some of you may or may not know, our little Newt recently became very sick from E. Coli 0157. Nothing is more devastating or frustrating than to see your baby in this situation and have zero control. We don’t know how, what, or where he picked it up but it hit hard and fast. He has been diagnosed with Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome which has affected his kidneys and his brain. Please pray for our little Newt bug, as he has quite the journey ahead of him, but we serve an Almighty and Faithful God and everything goes according to His perfect plan. We sure have been blessed by Cooks Children’s hospital here in Fort Worth with excellent specialists, doctors, and nurses. We appreciate the calls, texts, messages and most of all prayers. Please continue to pray for healing, comfort, and patience as he continues to improve daily. XOXO
