David needs help

Hey guys. I would not normally do anything like this but my brother, my family and I are in need for help. My brother who many of you have met had a severe medical problem over the weekend. He is at the moment in hospital in ICU. I am creating this campaign to fund money to pay for his treatments and hospital bill. If you are able to help that is wonderful.
