Help Save My Staffy

Please help me raise money for my kids surgery we have spent $3500 already and she needs exploratory surgery to remove the tumor from her lung which is causing her whole body to swell from fluid . My wife and I couldn’t have children and these dogs are our babies and it breaks my heart to think I can’t help her . Please help
