OUR MISSION IS TO RAISE MONEY FOR OUR HEALTHCARE WORKERS WHO ARE ON THE FRONTLINES FIGHTING COVID-19. ALL PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO THEM. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Why we started this campaign:
Healthcare workers are on the frontlines as hospitals have become overwhelmed with cases of COVID-19. They are tired, stressed, overworked, and under-fed. We need to let them know that they are appreciated and supported.
In an effort to encourage sheltering in place and to support active healthcare workers, we’ve created the #InMyScrubsCanada Challenge, which invites you to share your quarantine style as a commitment to staying inside, and donate to sponsor a healthcare worker's meal.
How it works:
1. DONATE
All donations will go directly to feeding healthcare providers who are actively treating patients at hospitals (see our Hospital Partners below). The food will be sourced from local restaurants that are at-risk of going out of business due to the shutdowns related to COVID-19. Support our healthcare workers and local restaurants!
2. POST
Once you've donated, share a photo of yourself in your quarantine scrubs (sweatpants, athleisure, or whatever else suits you), using the hashtag #InMyScrubsCanada as a sign of solidarity with healthcare professionals. Stay at home #InMyScrubsCanada to support healthcare workers who are staying in their hospital scrubs.
3. SHARE
Tag 10 friends in your post to support the #InMyScrubsCanada campaign. The more donations we receive, the more healthcare workers we're able to feed! The more posts that are shared, the more awareness we drive for people to stay home.

*We have taken this idea from #InYourScrubs in the United States and have made a Canadian Version in hopes to create a movement of donating and staying home
