Please help my brother

Hi, my name is Debbie Stewart. Just over a week ago my brother Dennis went out to South Africa for a holiday. 3 days into his holiday he had a terrible fall. He was found unresponsive and was rushed to hospital. It was discovered that he has a serious crack in the base of his skull and a bad concussion. I have flown out from the UK to be with him. I had a meeting with his doctor today (14/03/24) and thankfully Dennis is healing. Unfortunately, the Doctor told me that he will need to be on anti seizure medication for a miminum is 2 years and will not be able to fly home for a miminum of 9 to 12 weeks. I am now beside myself as we have nowhere to go when he comes out of hospital (hopefully in the next few days) Most places are extremely expensive. I would love to be able to get professional medical help to ensure he is looked after correctly as I have no medical experience myself. All I want to do is bring my brother home, but that is not an option at the moment. If you are able to help us while we are here it would mean the world to me.
