In a time when environmental stewardship is instrumental to maintaining the future health and well-being of this planet and its inhabitants, it is the responsibility of local leaders and residents alike to improve their surroundings and enrich local communities. In disadvantaged communities (DACs) where investment in environmental projects is lacking and urban forests are at times poorly maintained, nonprofits like Tree San Diego can directly impact the triple bottom line.

We are working on expanding our educational programs to reach more students and schools, increase our tree plantings, maintenance and care, and implement a workforce development program. Your contributions would help support this work and play a vital role in our efforts to provide thousands of San Diego County residents with the opportunities they need to live sustainably, become environmental leaders, and combat global warming.
