Making Memories

Hi my name is Sam, I'm wanting to raise some money to help a family very close to my heart make some memorise

In 2017 Matthew and his wife Lauren received heartbreaking news that he had mellanoma cancer in his left shoulder, he was given treatment to clear this in december its was incredibly hard for his family but he was given the all clear and in remission.In October 2020 Matthew and his wife Attended the hospital as he was feeling unwell thinking he had caught coivd 19 unfortunately he was diagnosed with cancer again he has brain tumors unfortunately the treatment could not save him this time but could extend his life he has a large left side tempoeral lobe tumor and smaller lesions in the right side lobe.His daughter at the time was 3 weeks old and he had 3 other children the pain was heartbreaking knowing he would leave them he wouldn't see all there mile stones especially his youngest since the diagnoses in 2020 he has has debulking surgery to reduce his biggest tumour 1 of 14 plus he has received stereotarill radio surgurey for his metastases tumors and if that's not enough he also had emergency surgury to treat a bowel resection mass.

Matthew and his family has been incredibly strong through out the worse time of their life and now we are close to the 1 year life span he received and at his last appointment he was told no one with his condition had live over a year and half and he would be lucky to make it to this Christmas he is 32 he will be 33 in October a wife and 4 children I honestly can't put it to words how hard it's been and they have took every thing in there stride which is why I'm trying to raise some funds I'm not begging I'm give people the opportunity to help this family makes as many memorise in the time he has left nothing is to small and every thing is greatly appreciate
