Scholarship Fund for 4 Orphaned Boys

Our family is headed for Tonga this summer and as a part of our trip, we have been working through a friend who is living there to find a way we can be of service. In our search, we have come across 4 orphaned boys (ages 14, 13, 10 and 8) who's parents died two years ago. After their parents died, the boys were shuffled around from relative to relative with the oldest boy (Suli) eventually quitting school to find odd jobs so he could provide food for his siblings. Suli was out of school for 2 years until two kind souls (who are friends of our friend) learned of their story and took them in as their own, returning Suli back to school. Needless to say, while their hearts are huge, their means are very small and trying to provide for 4 boys on their very meager income is difficult to say the least.

While we fully recognize that we can't help every orphaned child in the world stay in school, we hope that, together with good people like you, we can help these 4 boys. Toward that end, our family is hoping to raise $5000 to create a scholarship fund to pay for the education of all 4 boys through their high school years.
