My name is Lorie, my sister Krista and I have the best mother in the world and she needs a little help. Her name is Norma. She has fought and beat breast cancer twice in her life. She has now been diagnosed with stage four melanoma and can't afford her medication. The medication that will save her life is approximately $3000 a month. My mom is not only the funniest person I know, but she's also the most generous person I know. She has spent her life taking care of others and asking nothing in return. She has a chance to beat cancer for the third time. She is already our hero and the world is a better place because she is in it. It is just disgusting that the medication that she needs to survive costs more than her monthly income, with insurance.
