AMAYDA is a Not For Profit Organisation that is completely committed to empowering students in schools with the skills to combat bullying on all levels.

Jeff ‘The Hornet’ Horn our National Ambassador said “Winning a World Title against a legend like Manny Pacquiao was a great achievement, but nothing like saving a child's life that is being bullied”. He goes on to say “I want this to be my legacy, no child should ever be told to get on their knees like I was”.

The statistics are worse than anybody really understands. It is said that bullying related circumstances lead to more deaths by suicide than the road toll.
The problem is no one knows what to do about it..... Until now!
AMAYDA programs are a completely unique opportunity for students.

A school is linked with a highly trained AMAYDA accredited Youth Development Mentor (YDM). The YDM’s job is to build rapport with the students by earning their respect and teaching them mental, verbal and physical real world self defence skills to give them the strategies and confidence to deal stressful situations.

YDM’s also work with the bullies to help them learn understand the values or Respect and Integrity and the students that are being bullied to build Courage and Resilience.

The AMAYDA Program content is constantly being reviewed under the watchful eye of Glenn Rushton to make sure we are delivering the best possible program ,to teach students the correct strategies to achieve the best result from any bullying situation.

AMAYDA is getting real results with positive prevention strategies.

AMAYDA Statistics...

1- 100% of AMAYDA students said they benefited from the mentoring the received in the AMAYDA programs

2- 98.6% of AMAYDA students said that the program gave them more confidence to positively deal with bullying situations

3- 74.7% of AMAYDA students said that they felt so confident from their training that if they witnessed a bullying situation at school, they would have the skills to positively resolve the situation.

· This last statistic is the most important one… as this is showing that if you give the students the skills, 7 out of 10 will become part of the solution and positively take ownership of bullying as they now have the answer to the problem.

· Effectively making them in-school AMAYDA Anti-Bullying Ambassadors and this is how we change the culture in our schools forever!!

It cost $199 to enroll a student in the AMAYDA Empowerment 10 Week Course.

AMAYDA has already helped more than 700 school students across 27 schools.

Our goal is to provide funding for 10,000 schools kids over the next 12 months.

We understand that this is only a drop in the ocean of the kids that are getting bullied but its a start.

We are so grateful for all the help we can get.... bullied kids become bullied adults we have to help our kids build resilience to this epidemic.
