Expenses Related to Caitlyn's Transplant

Caitlyn was diagnosed March 1, 2010 with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. After climbing many mountains, she finished her chemotherapy July 1, 2012. Never in our minds did we ever think we would hear the words, Caitlyn's cancer is back, but we did July 31, 2013.
On October 18, 2013 she will be admitted to Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI to begin preparation for a Bone Marrow Transplant that will take place October 25th. Caitlyn is very lucky that she has a match, her brother Nicholas.
Caitlyn and I (mom) will be staying in Ann Arbor once she is able to be released from the hospital for an extended stay (months) due to the many complications that could occur, but we pray do not. While her insurance will pick up part of the bill for where we will be staying and give us a small amount for food it will not pay for all. Along with other expenses we will have, gas and other necessities of living away from home. Also, the cost involved with her dad, brothers, and little sister being able to come visit.
