My name is Angela Smith and I have been blessed to have been raised by 2 of the best people I’ve ever known. My dad is Ted Hurlock and he is the best friend, dad, supporter I have ever had the pleasure to witness in action. He is the sole provider for himself and my mom. Though they have struggled and persevered through the years of thick and thin, they have maintained a rigid and unwavering devotion to God, their faith, and each other. My dad has always been a healthy, blue collar man with a stellar work ethic, so it is to his dismay that he is suddenly facing a potentially life-threatening and without question, life-changing procedure that is completely out of his control. This will leave him and my beautiful mother in a frightening and precarious position for approximately 3 months of recovery. I know they would both be annoyed with me setting up a gofundme account for them- but I find myself lacking in the level of pride it would take for me to not at least try to help them any way I can. I would hope that my parents can focus on recovery instead of how they will pay their rent or buy groceries. Any donation would be profoundly appreciated by my whole family. Thank you!
