On September 6, 2017 Tanner went in to have a CT scan done on his head because he was complaining of headaches. Little did we know that the results would change our lives. They found a golf-ball size tumor in his brain. Testing was done at TMC and UMC in Tucson before he was transported to Phoenix Children's Hospital.
On September 11th, he underwent a 12 hour long surgery where they successfully removed the tumor. Tanner still has a long road ahead of him. Even though they managed to remove the tumor, chemotherapy and radiation will need to be done
to cure his brain tumor.
As you can imagine, the medical bills are starting to pour in and this is just the beginning. Tanner's father, Andrew, is a Tucson Fire Department fire fighter and the sole provider for his wife and two children. Let's help ease the burden and donate anything you can to help out this family.
