Jacob’s Recovery

I am raising money for my fiancé Jacob’s medical bills and expenses. He was in a bad car accident on October 18th. He broke 5 vertebrae’s and had to get back surgery. He will have to go through multiple therapy’s. His recovery will take up to 6 months and he will be out of work. Anything will help! Thank you.
