help tucker run again

tucker is my 2 year old rhodesian ridgeback mix. he was dog napped on september 15th of 2013. he was missing for 6 days. in those 6 days he was taken, tied out, broke free and was hit by a car twice. he still came home. he needs surgery to repair his leg so that it will not need to be amputated. he is missing all major tendons and necessary ankle bone fragments. i just want my baby to run again. any help is appreciated. i am a young (fur) mom and i can't afford this surgery alone. thank you!
