Empowering Latinas to Achieve

Advancing Latinas into Leadership (ALL) Mentoring Program was founded in August 2016. The ALL mentoring program is designed to help young high school Latinas with leadership tools, college preparedness, self-empoweremment, and professional development. Students in 10th -12th grade are matched with a mentor, students attend professional workshops and meet their perpesppective mentor at least twice a month. ALL mentors are successful Latinas who bring a variety of expertise to the program and who want to pay it forward and empower future leaders. The purpose of Advancing Latinas Inn Leadership Mentoring Program is to help young high school Latinas gain the skills necessary to succeed both academically and professionally during high school and post-high school. The ALL mentoring program is committed to providing the tools necessary for these Latinas to achieve their goals and be key contributors in our economy by:
Developing Latinas who are confident and empowered
Helping students obtain high academic grades
Creating future leaders in our communities
Providing financial scholarships and resources to lessen the burden of college debt
