Nicolas's Surgery

Hello Everyone!! This is Jacqueline, Nicolas is my 5 year old son and we are here to ask for your help!!! Nicolas must have a surgery that has been scheduled on December 21st at Children’s Hospital in Dallas. This past August, he was diagnosed for undescended testicle which means that one of his testicles isn't in the right place so it can cause serious problems in the future such as infertility and cancer. The doctors suggested to surgically fix the problem as soon as possible. Being a single mom without child support and insurance, your help will be a blessing to the both of us.
