MJ Needs Our Help!!!

Hey everyone! So everyone knows what a close call we had with MJ and the 3.7lb tumor they removed from her spleen a couple of weeks ago, but we are not out of the woods yet. Her tumor came back malignant. So we weighed our options and talked with our vet and a vet oncologist. They both gave us a good prognosis with MJ and chemotherapy. In the words of the oncologist, she’s “pretty tough” and is a good candidate for chemo. We know how important MJ is to EVERYONE that comes into contact with her and she is Amanda’s lifelong companion. Over the last 5 to 6 years MJ has become my best friend and I take her everywhere. At 901 Comics she is known as the “greeter” and is our “shopdog”. We don’t want her to leave us before her time. Without chemo she has 3-6 months to live. With it she could be here for her natural lifespan which could be up to three more years. So this is why we are starting this page. Chemo is expensive. We have already spent $1500 on emergency story and we are tapped. Over the next 6 months chemo will cost us around $3500.00. If I had it at my disposal, I would pay for all, but I don’t. Any monies left over from this endeavor will go towards the Streetdog foundation. Please help us save MJ if you can!!
