Nemo's medical fund

I set up a bank account today for Nemo's medical needs. We got bad news at his vet appointment yesterday, he has a long road ahead of him, his spine is in the shape of an S, he has an internal hernia that has his intestines up by his lungs, his liver possibly too. I'm really at a loss of words and don't know how I'm going to pay for everything he needs. The first step is to have his spine checked further and make sure he won't be paralyzed as he grows, then ultra sound to locate his organs, then if everything seems good surgery to move his intestines to where they belong. When I adopted Nemo I was told it was just his back leg and he would adapt like any 3 legged dog would, and he wouldn't need much medically. Well that is not the case. Nemo  has had  a rough start at life from the beginning. He was dumped at 5 weeks old  to a kill shelter in South Carolina, then bounced around to a few foster homes before making his way to New Hampshire on October 2nd.
I'm not going to give up on him, he is a fighter and he has such a wIll to live. Nemo came to me for a reason and I will do whatever it takes for him. I have 100% faith in my vet that she will guide us in the right direction and do what she can and what is best for Nemo. Please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers. ❤❤
