Puerto Rico

My name is David Hernandez and I'm just a citizen concerned for our people. I will be traveling to Puerto Rico October 15th and again in January. I'm going there with the intent on helping families try to clean up and get resources to them. I also hope get to rebuild some homes and clear roads.  Puerto Rico is a US territory; we need to pull together and help.
I  am fluent in English and Spanish and have a US army background. I will be joined with another  military, Puerto Rican and connecting with family and friends once we arrive on the island.
