Mission Trip to South Africa

Hello family and friends! I am so excited to share with you all that after I graduate this December, I will be MOVING TO SOUTH AFRICA! I have been called to serve at a missionary called Rehoboth Children’s Village where I will have the opportunity to serve the children as a child development specialist! Rehoboth is located in the KwaZulu-Natal province which has the highest HIV rate in the world. The children’s village takes in orphans who have been infected or affected by HIV and provides the children with a home, education, medical services, bible studies, recreational activities and much more. Many of these children suffer from trauma and some have additional special needs,  and these are the children whom which I will have the opportunity to work with. The purpose of this trip is to serve God by loving and assisting these orphans. I ask that you will pray for me as I prepare for this next season of life. I also ask for donations if any of you feel called to help support this mission trip, it would be a much needed and appreciated blessing! I will be at Rehoboth for six months and my goal is to raise $3,800 to fund the entire six months.
