Broken jaw 3 places with one steel plate... broken nose in multiple places.... 8 staples in my knee and damage to my ear witch will require surgery to fix due to my jaw snapping in half and slamming into it... plus my meds and hospital bills to complete the surgery are through the roof NOT TO MENTION MY DENTAL ISSUES IM SO OVER MY HEAD ANYTHING WILL HELP!!!
