Border Collie Hit By Car

This female Border Collie was hit by a car and left for dead on Tirol Drive in Pine Mountain Club on Tuesday 9/18/17. She was seen running loose the previous day but wouldn't come to anyone trying to help her. Lucky for her, a very kind neighbor on Tirol Drive found her in the middle of the road, picked her up and took her to a vet. She has at least a dislocated, possibly broken pelvis and needs surgery or be put to sleep. Let's help this poor dog! Please give as much as you can afford tohelp this poor girl. Thank you, my generous PMC neighbors!I've put the target at $1200 for surgery and treatment. If there is any money left over, I intend to create a fund for emergency vet care for PMC strays.
