Supporting Conner's Courage

It is with great sadness and humility we are reaching out in need of your support. Conner Byrne is a 17 year old son, he is our brother, our friend, our neighbor, our senior Grandville classmate, our Pink Floyd lover and a young member of our community. He has recently received devastating news regarding his cancer treatment. Conner has been told that he and the  medical community have done everything they could and there are no more treatment options available to cure his cancer.

We are asking for your support and your help by giving to his "Life Fund" as a way to assist his family in providing the most opportunities to help Conner LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST! Conner was diagnosed with the aggressive Ewing Sarcoma less than a year ago. Conner and his family have spent countless nights, days, weekends, and holidays at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital undergoing radiation and chemotherapy among many other treatments on a weekly basis. Conner has coped with hope, determination, strength, and hearty sarcasm. This is a young man who should be taking his senior pictures - not PET scans, worrying about homework and which college to attend, dreaming about his future and not how to cope with cancer and the end of his life.

Let us help his parents, small business owners who have taken much time off work to support their family and child and let us help Conner fulfill some of his bucket list dreams. As you are sharing time with your family and friends please consider sharing Conners story of hope and courage.
