Making home handicap accessible

I am doing this as a last resort to raise enough money in order to make my home handicapped accessible. I have recently become primarily wheelchair bound. I have explored every other avenue possible, with no success. My social security disability does not leave us anything left over each month to do any work. I am now trying to get the inside of my house, particularly the bathroom, handicapped accessible. Our bathroom is so tiny, I cannot go in with any supportive walking devices or a wheelchair.

i need a new floor, to expand it by a few feet, a new, higher toilet, new sink and a new roll in shower, plus grab bars and such. I have relatives who can help with labor, but I cannot come up with the cost of the materials on my Social Security.
