My name is Jake Barkema, my mom has had a life changing disease(Crohn's) for practically her whole life. I am starting this GoFundMe to help my mother. She is one of my biggest role models in my life, because of how strong she is, and has always been there for me throughout my life. I felt a need to help her in every way I can. She has currently been in the hospital for 3 months and could be there even longer.
