Thomas Eugene Harbison, a father to Jeremy, Michael  and Jasmine, husband to Christine Cunningham, brother to Arlene Brooks and Wanda Nelson, uncle and friend to so many has passed away on Monday September 11th, 2017. With this sudden passing of this phenomenal man we realize that there is no final plan for the fueral. The family wants to honor him the way he would wish and allow his friends from far and near to pay their respects. This fund is to make that happen in his memory.
