Miranda Needs Your Help!

Miranda, my beautiful niece was in a bad car accident last nite. She is in trauma ICU and has the best doctors caring for her. The impact from the truck that T-boned them was so hard that Miranda's seat came unbolted. She was pushed up against the middle console where she was stuck. She was unconscious but has since woken up. She has bleeding on the brain, 2 fractures in her neck, a collapsed lung, a partial collapsed other lung, lacerated liver, shattered spleen and 5 broken ribs. Although she is awake, she is unable to speak. She does move her feet, squeezes your hand and opens her eyes. We are not sure what her prognosis is going to be but know she has a long road ahead her. Miranda has a 1 year old, Gunnar, who was in the backseat, he is okay with bumps and bruises. Tyler, Miranda's boyfriend, was driving and he is okay with bumps and bruises. Miranda just started a new job last week which will she will not be able to do. Her medical bills alone are going to be outrageous and then she will need after care as well. Please, if you can help her family in anyway, it is very appreciated.
