So our good friend and personal trainer had his car broken into and was robbed of all his personal training equipment. Besides having a young and new to this world son a lot of us really enjoy working out with this very kind human. Personal training sessions have included physical injury Rehabilitation and achieving personal fitness goals. Sometimes our workout even seem like therapy sessions as Ja is a great listener and most of his clients are complicated people who are enduring a tough time on the planet, many of us are in recovery and see Fitness as a strain helping hold the fabric of our lives together. Any contribution for a placement of his necessary fitness equipment would help benefit his growing business, his family, and our group of friends who very much appreciate the services he offers.
