Help the Youth
We need to raise money to sustain our organization. My name is Adom. I founded Ball4Good as part of a school project when I was 12. In the past five years, my team and I have raised over $100,000 to support 41 nonprofits, including children impacted by abuse, cancer, COVID-19, after-school programming, mental health, different abilities, autism, and more.
Thanks to the continuous support from donors and community leaders, Ball4Good has remained an impactful force in Spartanburg County and beyond. As a result of our work, I was honored with the 2021 Billie Jean King Youth Leadership Award at the 2021 ESPN Sports Humanitarian Awards. This national award comes with a $10,000 charitable donation. My goal is to leverage the award by inviting you to help me increase the initial $10,000 seed money to help us sustain the work of Ball4Good in the long term. If we can grow the Ball4Good fund, it will help us maintain our community work and youth advocacy for many years.
Since 2016, the journey of Ball4Good has been full of compassion, curiosity, and, most of all, growth. As a youth-run organization, we have faced countless operational obstacles since our inception. However, with the help of our mentors, advisors, volunteers, and donors, we have persevered. Despite our challenges, our team has remained resilient, tackling each problem head-on with an innovative solution.
Our team faces an obstacle that cannot be overcome with persistence alone. Your donation will ensure that students volunteering for Ball4Good will continue to have a window into leadership and philanthropy. With your help, Ball4Good will positively impact nonprofits that support children and assist local youth with hands-on skill development.
Please donate to help us continue supporting initiatives that benefit youth. Your benevolence is greatly appreciated. I appreciate your consideration.
