Hope is my little sister, she is 27 years old And is without exception the best human being I know.
Hope was first diagnosed in 2014 with soft tissue sarcoma and after 2 operations, 6 rounds of chemo and countless sessions of radiotherapy she was finally in remission.
Until last Monday 10th December, when we were told that the cancer had returned. Hope now has metastasised secondary cancer of the lung and lymph nodes and needs to take action urgently.
In in the past 6 months since her previous scan the cancer has been busy trying to do what cancer does and we need to stop it in it’s tracks ASAP.
I am starting this go fund me page as we are going to need money to get Hope the treatment and medical attention she is going to need. We are looking into alternative treatments abroad as the treatment Hope is being offered here is not necessarily going to be successful and we need to be prepared to fund what is likely to be extremely expensive treatment.
My family and I have raised over £90,000 for Sarcoma UK since hopes diagnosis in 2014 and anything we raise here which isn’t used towards Hopes treatment will be donated to them directly.
Hope is the most incredibly strong person you’ll ever meet and she is loved so much. Everyone needs a sister, daughter, friend, relative or fiancé like Hope in their life and I will do ANYTHING to help get her through this.
