Gypsy needs surgery

Gypsy is the best dog in the world! The sweetest, most loving, most innocent, and precious creature and the center of our family. She has a ruptured cranial cruciate ligament in her left leg and extremely painful arthritis in her right leg so she is having a really hard time walking and just functioning as a dog. She's only 10 so she still has lots of life and energy! The surgery and follow ups are over $4,000 and have to be paid at time of service. We were able to get a care credit but they only approved us for $725. We need help to keep our baby going! I'm currently unemployed and out of unemployment so we are surviving just on Jeremy's income so we really don't have much extra. If you could help out we would really appreciate it!
