Flood Victims: Help Sellew Family

As most of you know, Hurricane Harvey unleashed its rath on Texas Friday night; and left over 200,000 homes in ruins causing countless families to be displaced. Many of the families who live in these homes do not live in a flood zone; therefore, do not have flood insurance. Among them are my cousin Shana, along with her husband Thomas and two small children, Ethan and McKenzie. They are struggling both financially and emotionally while trying to recover from this catastrophic event.
On Saturday, flood waters crept into their home forcing them to seek higher ground at their neighbors' 2-story house. The following day they were rescued by boat and transported in a dump truck to dry land. From there they were able to stay with a friend overnight, until Shana's sister could reach them in the morning after the waters receded.
They are currently living with family, and will continue to do so while reconstructing their home as well as their lives. Having a young son of my own, I cannot begin to imagine what they are going through.
Upon inspection of the damages, a local contractor quoted them upwards of $40,000 for the necessary repairs. Our goal is to raise$15,000, thus cutting their cost of repairs almost by half. Any and all donations will help them tremendously.
I hear many people asking about how they can help Hurricane Harvey victims, and this is by far the best method to help her directly. Please help by spreading the word to your family and friends. The funds will be used to supplement the cost of repair to the vehicle submerged in water, damages to the floor and walls of the home (estimated $30,000), to replaced appliances, and to replace other essential items to make the home habitable again.
Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies:
The funds will be withdrawn directly to Shana and her family at an account designated by her. I will not receive any portion of the donations collected in this campaign.
