Hurricane Help for The Carrington's

We could use a helping hand! My name is Jennifer 1 member of Carrington Family of 4 and Hurricane Harvey Survivors of Houston, (Harris County) Texas. On 8/28/17 our lives were catapulted into something we NEVER thought we would. My husband, Min. Carrington a locomotive engineer for Union Pacific Rail Road and was working on train when the storm hit. The kids and I stayed home awaiting his arrival. By the time he arrived we were all overtaken by water within MINUTES! General Insurance (which we have) will cover all with the exception of flood...but ONLY if we had "FLOOD" insurance. We will apply for FEMA and this process will take time. We were separated by when rescued by gender dominance (women/ children) in boat first. We are currently separated in 2 shelters sleeping on concrete floor. We plan to use the funds for transitional living expenses like food and shelter and transportation. The Carrington family includes: Min. Robert Carl Carrington, Sr., Missionary Jennifer Carrington (of Jennifer Carrington.com), 13 yr. old Robert Carl Carrington, Jr. (CJ), and 12 yr. old Ivana Carrington (of ivanaschoice.com) We are Christians/COGIC and know that when you are @ the BOTTOM, In time God will only bring us up.
