Help my niece, Victoria, and her girls

I'm not asking for help for myself, but for my niece. Victoria, my sister's youngest daughter, who is 30 years old has now been hospitalized for nearly 45 days. About a year ago, she became very sick. The doctors took longer than usual to diagnose her. All they knew was that she was suffering from some form of autoimmune disease--which runs rampant in our family history. However, along with this diagnosis, they found several aneurysms on her heart, lung and throat. In 2012, they operated, removed and replaced arteries which she seemed to put her out of danger. More than 30 days ago, Victoria was rushed to the hospital, yet again. After much investigation, it was determined that the aneurysms have returned. As a result, this brilliant, educated mother of two; a 2 and a half year old and an eight year old--who so desperately wants to sustain their needs-- is in need of support. In order to provide the necessary financial care for the girls, pay growing medical bills, and other daily living expenses, the family is asking for your urgent help!
