In August 2017 Jo required surgery to remove a uterine fibroid.
Unfortunately a few days later the pathology results confirmed a rare aggressive uterine cancer, leimyosarcoma.
Within weeks Jo underwent surgery to remove the cancer. She is now waiting on the results to determine if the cancer has spread.
Jo needs support to help her meet her financial obligations and to care for her two children Cooper aged 12 and Georgia aged 9.
Jo is a single Mum who runs her own business. When she is unable to work she receives no income.
Jo is a kind and generous person and right now she really needs the support of the people around her.
