Cara is getting a Kidney

After a 2 year long medical journey dealing with the effects of HUS and e coli on Cara's body, Cara will have a kidney transplant on October 2nd, 2013 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, with Cara's Dad being the donor. The money raised will go to offset expenses associated with this type of surgery. We covet your prayers for Cara and David for a successful surgery with no complications and a speedy recovery for both David and Cara. We also ask you to pray specifically for the kidney to work correctly and not reject Cara's body. Thank you so much for all of the support that we have received during this 2-year medical journey.
