SURGERY EMERGENCY

Hi i am a single father of 2 kids. I have done 12 years military. I just had L5S1 back surgery which they tore something by accident so i had to get another surgery. My blood pressure kept dropping and they almost had to give me a blood transfusion. I cant work im still in here until the end of the week then to a rehab center for 2 weeks. Im missing my car payment and rent. Im willing to work to pay whatever back I just need the help my car is my form of income and if I lose it I will be homeless with my kids.
