Help a teacher

She is a teacher trying to take care of her family and due to unforeseen circumstances she has fallen behind on rent and has the possibility of being evicted. She is not able to purchase food for her or her daughter. She has a messed up car. She really needs some help. She has applied for all the help possibly available but no answers.
