Hello everyone—

Happy Thursday. I hope that this message finds you well! I wanted to reach out and let you all know a little bit about my week. This Monday, our dad went to the Highland ER because he was feeling short of breath and wanted a check-up. Unfortunately, he hasn’t been able to go home since. He was transferred to Sutter hospital where they performed an emergency open-heart; double bypass surgery. As y’all can imagine, this has been super expensive, and rent is coming up. My sister, brother, mom and I, are putting our heads together to see what we can do to cover all of the upcoming expenses. We have to put our pride to the side and ask for support. It is very hard for me to do so, but it’s the reality of our situation. If any of you could help in ANY capacity, it would be greatly appreciated. No amount is too small. If you are unable to help, that’s totally fine. I appreciate any and all leads for house cleaning gigs and side hustles. My goal is to get my family through these next 3-6 months of recovery time.
