As many of you know, I have been fighting MS for almost ten years. Unfortunately, as I approach my 50th birthday my disease has progressed, but I'm happy to share that I have been accepted into a HSCT stem cell treatment program at Northwestern University, and will begin the procedure in May. For daily updates on my progress, please visit my HSCT facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/HSCTforLynda
It's difficult for me to ask for your help - but if you are able, it would be greatly appreciated. I'll be traveling back and forth to Chicago for this costly treatment, and will need to pay rent for the duration of my stay there as well as continue my responsibilities at home. I'll be journaling and blogging about my progress during the treatment and after my recovery, and I hope you will stay in touch. For more information on my treatment: http://www.stemcellresearchfacts.org/dr-richard-burt/
Please share to your social networks, Dr Burt and his colleagues at Northwestern are doing amazing things for all auti-immune disorders.
Thank you so much for your support!
