Help My Nephew Fight Rare Colon Disease

Hello Friends, Family, and even kind strangers!

My sister son's, Sebastian Self, has a rare colon disease that prevents him from using the bathroom on his own.


Sebastian is the first boy in our family in over 26 years and is the the light of our world. He is a happy baby who enjoys swimming in the beach, chasing after the family lab, and laughing and chooing with his Mom and Dad. Sebastian is in need of our help.





Sebastian will need several blood transfusions, colonoscopies, and surgery over the next 6 months to a year.This disease can be life threatening if it goes untreated.


Even with the help of insurance the out of pocket expense is projected to be $10,000 over the course of a year. We are asking your assistance to help with his medical treatments and therapy over the next year. Even the smallest donation can help.
