Help Carson Move Mountains!!!

Thank you for taking the time to read this. That is the first step in helping Carson! I am a friend of Carson's and his Mom's . I have known Carson since the day he and his twin brother Colton, came into this world on a chilly December day in 2007. Carson and Colton are typical twin brothers, they love to play, as well as spend time with friends and family! They have never been without each other, so this journey will be especially hard on these brothers. Carson was diagnosed with a brain tumor this week ( August 9, 2017). Carson is currently in Cooks Children's Hospital in Fort Worth TX. His family lives in Midland TX, for anyone not familiar with TX, that is a 300 mile distance, a minimum of a 4 hr drive. Alison has always worked hard to provide the best possible life for her children. However, the curveball she and the boys have been thrown this week is going to cause a HUGE financial burden. Alison works as a contract provider to an oil and gas company. If she cant work, she will not get paid. Contract providers have no benefits, they are paid only for the days worked. Alison will need to be with Carson as he faces chemotherapy and radiation over the next months. His miraculous response to his 7 hr surgery on Friday to remove the tumor that was on his brain stem is a testament to his fighting spirit. Alison will still have all the everyday bills we all have raising 2 boys, but in addition she will have not only medical expenses but food, lodging and gas expenses as she travels to and from Midland and Fort Worth. None of us ever think this will happen to us, but it's happened to this family, a family just like mine.
