Funeral expenses for my mom

As of 9/20/18 my mom has passed away in the care of hope hospice. My mom was my everything. It has been me and her since I was a baby. She adopted me when I was left alone. She took care of me and raised me with all the love in her heart. She has been the director of the Ronald McDonald house and a social worker at neighborhood health plan. My mom was more than just a mother to me, she was a caregiver for anyone that she met. Her first instinct was always to be selfless and do whatever she could for anyone else. For a while now she has been struggling with heart failure, liver failure, diabetes, and kidney issues. Unfortunately, after fighting for so long her body succumbed to her illnesses. I am her only child and she has just about no family left. I am only 16 and have been left with the expenses of bills and her funeral. Anything that you could do would be appreciated from the bottom of my heart.
