I am doing s 10k run in September and raising money for prostate cancer as it is a cause very closed to my heart at the moment. Somebody extremely close to my heart has recently been diagnosed and is starting chemotherapy soon. I would like to make more people aware of prostate cancer and that all it takes is a simple blood test to check that you are clear! Women have regular smeer/mammograms at the correct age, but men need to be more aware of prostate cancer and ask the doctor for a blood test. All donations muchly appreciated!
