Help my friend rebuild her home

Hi all,urgently seeking help or donations for my friend and her 3 children. She has been left with no roof on the back of her house and builder has done off with 17k of her money that was a loan that she still has to pay back every month!! The money was intended for a loft conversion to make a bedroom for her 2 small children (age 2 & 5 months)who are currently in with her. The builder started the works but has done more damage than work! She has water flooding the loft,landing and bedrooms.holes in bedroom ceilings where the builders have gone through leaving the whole upstairs freezing cold,aswell as all this damage to her home,the two neighbours property have severe water ingress.she has no money spare to find another building contractor to complete the half started loft...

If anyone can offer any services in the preston lancs area or would kindly donate it would really help a family out.

My friend has been trying for weeks to resolve the problems with the contractor but he has blocked her number and voluntarily put his business in liquidation.since finding this out she has been contacted by two other families to say that he has done the same to them!!

His business was ultra restore Ltd. Preston.

Please be aware of this company and the name billee hopkinson as I would hate for anyone else to be robbed like this or be in this situation. The full story will be able to be found online on lancs live within the next few days
